Catalog descriptions are provided to explain educational content, format, and intended level. Learning outcomes vary by person. Course material is educational and does not promise a particular business result, income, or product performance.
3. Orders and enrollment
The cart on this site is a local planning feature. A checkout review does not create a paid enrollment because payment processing and server-side order fulfillment are not implemented here. Any actual purchase arrangement must be confirmed directly by Softmere Studio.
4. Safe participation
Participants must follow supplier instructions, use suitable ventilation and protective practices, keep heated materials away from children and pets, and work within their own competence. Softmere Studio is not responsible for unsafe use of materials or equipment.
5. Content ownership
Course text, lesson structures, branding, and original materials belong to Softmere Studio or its licensors. You may use purchased or authorized materials for personal learning, but may not reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute them without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use course materials to mislead others about safety or expertise.
